All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary depending on material costs, site conditions, and project specifications. A written contract is required before any work begins.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to schedule your project. Final payment is due upon completion of the work and before the final walkthrough, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Permits and Approvals

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise stated in the contract. We will provide support with required documentation.

5. Project Timeline

All timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permitting issues, or changes requested by the customer. We will keep you informed of any changes.

6. Warranty

We provide manufacturer warranties on all materials and a labor warranty on our installation work. Full warranty details are provided in your project contract.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing. Cancellations after the deposit may result in the loss of the deposit or applicable cancellation fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues of the property.
